Blackburn College Junior Guard Chris Davis was named to the second team of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Basketball All-Conference Team.  Davis finished eighth in the league in scoring with a 16.0 points per game average.

Davis added another accolade to his stellar career at Blackburn.  Davis went over the 1,000 point mark in his career earlier this season.  The Beavers saw a bit of resurgence this season as they entered the final game with a chance to make the post-season and the ten wins marked a four-game improvement from the previous season.

Davis, who hails from Kevil, Kentucky is set to climb up the career scoring list next season, as the Beavers also expect to continue their climb in the SLIAC,  as Blackburn returns nine of their top eleven scorers next season.
