The Blackburn College Men's Basketball Team defeated the Eureka College Red Devils 92-90 in their first Conference game of the season in Carlinville, Illinois.

The Beavers opened the game trading buckets with the Red Devils. The Red Devils finished the 1st half shooting 60% from the field and 50% from three. Shea Feehan led the devils with 16 points at the half. The Beavers first half did not go as well as the team would have liked shooting 38% from the field and 33% from three. The Beavers finished the first half trailing 48-38.

The 2nd Half was all Beavers. Seniors DeAndre Manuel and Willie Orange dominated the boards with a combind 9 rebounds in the second half. Willie finished with 18 points and DeAndre finished with 20 points.

The game came down to a missed three pointer by the Red Devils at the buzzer. 

The Beavers are back in action on Saturday as they take on Iowa Wesleyan at 3:00 pm. in Carlinville.
