After a fast start by the Eureka Red Devils, the Blackburn Beavers came back and defeated the Red Devils 78-61 at Blackburn College in Carlinville Illinois on Saturday December 9th, 2017. The Beavers fell behind early, but after a couple of timeouts, were able to come out and get the job done.
Inside the Stats:
- Scoring Leaders for the Beavers include freshman forward Savion Smith with thirteen points, ten rebounds, and four assists, junior guard Duncan King twelve points, two rebounds and one assist, and senior guard Jake Lochhead with six points, eleven rebounds, and two assists.
- Scoring leaders for the Red Devils include junior guard Thomas Hank with eighteen points, two rebounds, and two steals, junior guard Donald Hardaway, Jr. with nine points, and one rebound, and senior guard Ryan McElmurray with five points, five rebounds, and four assists.
