Blackburn faced the Eagles of Robert Morris University-Lake County on Sunday evening in Waukegan, Ill.

The Beavers certainly played their hardest versing the Eagles on their home field, but with the time running down quickly, they just couldn't push past Robert Morris' tough line of defense.

Lucas Rochkes(Pana, Ill.), Dylan Parkin(Athens, Ill.), and Mikey Stephenson(Raymond, Ill.) each put up a shot but couldn't find a gap in the goal.

Shane Rogers had a good game in goal with seven saves and only one goal allowed.

The Beavers play their first conference game Saturday, September 28 at home on the front side of a double header. The men play at 1:00pm and the women follow up at 3:00pm.
