The Blackburn College Men’s Soccer Team recently hosted a pair of Carlinville youth soccer teams on campus at Blackburn.  The youngsters were third and fourth graders from the Carlinville area. Blackburn players officiated, directed and helped coach the younger athletes during the scrimmage.  “It was great to have the youth teams play here with the men’s team here at Blackburn,” said Blackburn Head Coach Rob Steinkuehler.  “It was very rewarding to see the kids eyes light up playing on our field, we hope to do this again in the future,” added Steinkuehler.
