Blackburn College softball players Hannah Goett and Jensen Ballinger led four student-athletes onto the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.  Golfer Kyle Kesinger and tennis player Gariel Pierce joined the softball duo on the all-acadmic team.

In order to qualify for the honor, the student-athlete must be at least of sophomore standing and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher.  For the 2016-17 academic school year, Blackburn had 16 student-athletes make the team.
