Chesterfield, Mo.—The Beavers split in a nonconference matchup to host, St. Louis College of Pharmacy 3-1 and 9-8. The Beavers fell short in the first, but rose to the occasion in the second. 

The Beavers scored one run off five hits in the first game. While that is not what they wanted to accomplish in that game, they bounced back and tallied 10 hits, allowing them nine runs. The second game proved to be better on the offensive side as the beavers recorded multiple doubles, homeruns, and RBI’s.
