The Blackburn College Women's Basketball Team dropped a 67-49 decision at Westminster College on Saturday afternoon in Fulton, Missouri.  Westminster raced out to a 36-15 halftime advantage and never looked back.

Sophomore forward Briana Rae led the Beavers in scoring and rebounding with 17 points and eight rebounds.  Senior guard Rashonda Willis chipped in 15 points for the Beavers who are now 2-14 on the year and 2-6 in St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play.  Westminster advanced to 8-9 on the year and 7-1 in the SLIAC.

Blackburn shot just 30 percent on the afternoon on 19 of 64 shooting and committed 17 turnovers.  

The Beavers played much better in the second half as they out-scored Westminster 34-31 in the second half.
