The Blackburn College Women's Basketball Team dropped a 79-63 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest to Eureka College on Wednesday night in Carlinville. Briana Rae scored in double figures again for Blackburn with 26 points and pulled down 16 rebounds.  Danae Smith added 15 points and Alicia George 12 for Blackburn.

Kelsey Shoemaker scored 23 points for Eureka College.  The Red Devils out-rebounded Blackburn 58-46 and shot 37 percent compared to 31 percent for Blackburn.

Victoria Bowens came off the bench for Blackburn to grab eight rebounds.  Blackburn ended the game on an 11-2 run.

Blackburn is now 0-23 on the season and 0-16 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
