The Blackburn College Volleyball Team dropped a three set match to St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference opponent Principia College by the score of 25-13, 25-18, 25-11 on Saturday morning in Carlinville.

The Panthers came out hot and put an early lead on the Beavers and It showed to be too much for the Beavers to handle. The Beavers looked their best in the second set as they battled back and forth with the Panthers.

Blackburn's Alexis Dick led the game with 20 digs but unfortunately it wasn't enough to secure a win for the Beavers.

The Women's Volleyball Team is back in action of Wednesday as they take on St. Mary-Woods in Dawes Gymnasium at 6:00 pm.
