CARLINVILLE, IL -- Freshman Jeremiah Crisp and senior Miley Kwiatkowski earned Blackburn College Athletes of the Week.

Crisp recorded his first career win as he went on to take 8th overall in the 149 lbs. weight class. 

Kwiatkowski led the women's basketball team's with 14 points and also added 4 rebounds in their victory over Maranatha Baptist University. She currently is leading the nation in made three amongst all NCAA DIII with 18 made threes on the season. She is averaging over four a game while shooting 47.3% from behind the arc.  

This week sees the men's and women's basketball teams open St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action Tuesday evening by hosting Eureka College. On Saturday, the women's team will visit Calumet College of St. Joseph.
