Karson Hayes Named First Team All-Conference for Second Consecutive Year

Blackburn College Senior Giuard was named to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference first-team all-conference Team.  This marks the second consecutive year that Hayes was named to the first team.  Hayes led the Beavers in scoring averaging 20.0 points per game which was third in the conference.  Hayes scored 480 points this season entering the conference tournament which was fourth in the league.

Fellow senior guard Nigel Ferrell garnered third-team honors.  Ferrell averaged 12.9 points per game and was tenth in the conference with 41 steals.  Ferrell was also named to the conference all-defensive team. 

Sophomore guard Chanz Aldridge won the sixth man award.  Aldridge averaged 12.4 points per game.

Sophomore guard David Lopez was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
