On Monday April 8th, the Blackburn College Men's golf team competed in the McNaughton Invitational in Jacksonville, IL.  With prime scoring conditions and low winds the Beavers looked to take advantage and shoot a respectable team score. Anthony Harper led the way for Blackburn shooting a team low 77, he was followed closely behind by three teammates, Matt Kinsella who shot an 80, Isaac Garrett who shot an 82, and Thomas White who shot an 83.  The Beavers put together a team score of 322 which was good enough to earn them 5th place out of eight teams.

The Beavers have a week off of rest before their next tournament in which they will travel to Iowa to compete in the Iowa Wesleyan Spring Invite.  Tee times will be posted at a later date.
