Blackburn College was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's Sportsmanship Award Winner for the 2022-23 School Year.  This is the first time in school history that Blackburn was named to this award.  Seven of the 13 sports Blackburn sponsored won the Sportsmanship Award for their sport.  The following teams won their sports sportsmanship awards: Baseball, Softball, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, and Women's Track and Field.

"This is a tremendous tribute to our student-athletes and coaches that are displaying the level of sportsmanship and the quality of our student-athletes actions and behaviors," said Blackburn College Interim Athletic Director Mike Neal.
