The Blackburn College Baseball Team dropped the finale of their St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference series by a score of 13-1 to the visiting Golden Eagles of Spalding University.

Spalding scored six runs off Blackburn starter Brady Wilkinson in the first inning to take the early lead. The Golden Eagles added two in the third inning and four more in the fifth inning along with a run in the sixth for their 13 runs.  

Blackburn scored their lone run in the 7th inning when Parker Ramaker led off the inning with a double and scored on an R.J. Rios basehit.

Blackburn falls to 7-25 on the season.
