Tuesday evening marked the final home match of the 2013 Blackburn College Women’s Volleyball season.  It was also Senior Night which meant it was the last time Jessica McClelland, Jamie Russow, and Amanda Miller would play a volleyball match in Dawes Gymnasium.  The three seniors and their teammates took on the Highlanders of MacMurray College.

It was a slow night for the Beavers as they found themselves playing from behind the entire evening.  MacMurray controlled the match sweeping Blackburn 25-15, 25-15, 25-15.  Jessica McClelland extended her team lead in kills with seven with Meghan Ude with a solid nine digs.

Next up for Blackburn will be Principia College and Westminster College at Westminster on November 2 at 12:00 pm.
