Women's Cross Country Competes at St. Louis Fall Classic

The Blackburn College Women's Cross Country Team ran in the St. Louis Fall Classic hosted by St. Louis College of Health and Science on Saturday, October 23rd.  The Beavers were led by freshman Olivia Leemon who finished the 5k race in 24:17 which was 30 seconds faster than her previous meet.  The event was ran at Wilmore Park in South St. Louis and Blackburn competed against seven other colleges.

The other Blackburn finishers and their times are as follows; Hanna Box 29:05 which was 19 seconds faster than her previous meet.  Elizabeth Morris 30:12, which was two minutes and 38 seconds faster than her previous meet.  Danielle Vogel 33:09, which was five minutes and 15 seconds faster than her previous meet. Taliyah Davis finished at 35:06 which was three minutes and ten seconds faster.

Blackburn will compete in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference meet held in Litchfield, Illinois on Saturday, October 30.
