Gibson, McNeil Named Athletes of the Week

CARLINVILLE, IL- Junior Caroline Gibson and Freshman Byron McNeil earned Blackburn College Athletes of the Week.

Gibson led the team with four hits, a home run, and .500 avg. She helped the Beavers to their victory in Game 1 vs Monmouth.

NcNeil played 4th overall with 13.17m for triple jump at the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships. 

Softball is back in action this weekend as they travel to Iowa to take on Cornell. Track and Field kick off their outdoor season at Millikin Big Blue Invitational on March 29.
