Blackburn Inducts 10 to Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society
CARLINVILLE, IL -- Blackburn College Athletics inducted 10 student athletes as part of their inaugural class into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
CARLINVILLE, IL -- Blackburn College Athletics inducted 10 student athletes as part of their inaugural class into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society on Monday, April 28.
Chi Alpha Sigma recognizes undergraduate college student-athletes who participate in a sport at the varsity intercollegiate level, achieve junior academic standing or higher after their fifth full time semester, and earn a 3.4 and higher cumulative grade point average. It is the first, and only, national scholar-athlete society to honor those four-year collegiate student-athletes who have excelled in both the classroom and in athletic competition.
