On a cold Thursday night the Blackburn Beavers took on the Webster Gorloks in rescheduled match. As the Beavers and the Gorloks were in a back and forth battle during most of the game the Beaver fell short losing 4-0 to the Gorloks.

During the first half it was a constantly back and forth between the Beavers and Gorlok fighting for a goal. As the first half was coming to an end the Gorlok scored a goal with 5 minutes remaining ending the first half 1-0. The men started the second half with high energy ready to get a goal only to fall short. The Webster Gorloks then put in two more goal early in the second half making the score 3-0. Despite the score and unfair calls by the refs the Beavers never gave up hope. Then with 11 minutes left of the game the Gorloks sunk in the last goal of the game making the final score 4-0.

The Men are now 6-8-3 in the season. The Blackburn Beavers Men's Soccer team is back in action on Saturday October 29th in an away match taking on Greenville College.
