BLOOMINGTON, IL -- The Blackburn College Men's Soccer squad visited regional power Illinois Wesleyan University in a nonconference matchup Sunday afternoon but were unable to pull off the upset, falling to IWU 5-0.
Freshman Corbin Borchinski paced the team's offensive attack and was aided by freshman Byron McNeil. Senior Dawson Klunk tallied three saves in goal while freshman Youssef Mahrish added two.
The Beavers return to action Wednesday when they look to visit University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy.
