ELSAH, IL -- The Blackburn College Men's Soccer team visited St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rival Principia College Tuesday evening but were unable to capture victory as they fell 4-1 in conference action.

ELSAH, IL -- The Blackburn College Men's Soccer team visited St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rival Principia College Tuesday evening but were unable to capture victory as they fell 4-1 in conference action.
Freshman Henry Ibarguen scored for the third time this season in the 80th minute on an unassisted goal. However, the goal made the game 3-1, but another Principia goal moved the Panthers ahead to help give them the 4-1 win victory.
The Beavers posted 14 shots on the day with five different players recording two shots each.
Blackburn moves to 1-2-1 in league play while Principia is now 2-0-1 in SLIAC action. BC returns to action Saturday when they visit Lyon College for another SLIAC matchup.
