The Blackburn College Men's Cross Country Team opened up their 2017 season by running in the Orion Mini Meet hosted by the University of Illinois at Springfield.

Senior Tim Lacy led the Beaver runners with an 8th place finish.  Lacy covered the 5k distance in 18:37.
