Blackburn Finishes Season at Principia

ELSAH, IL -- The Blackburn College Women's Basketball team visited Principia College in St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference action Saturday in the team's final matchup of the season. 

Sophomore Kenadee Frey paced the team with 18 points and eight rebounds. Sophomore Becca Benoit added 13 points and had six rebounds. Sophomore India Harris chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds. 

The team's traded baskets on the first two possessions, but Principia managed to go on a quick run, making it 7-2 and Blackburn was unable to get closer the rest of the game as the Panthers took an 86-50 victory. 

The 2024-25 season came to a close at the conclusion of the game.
