McLuskie, Jent, Women's Basketball Earn Sportsmanship Team Honors
BELLEVILLE, IL -- Sophomore Ayden McLuskie from Men's Basketball and sophomore Gracie Jent of Women's Basketball received St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference All-Sportsmanship Team honors. The Blackburn College Women's Basketball team was also named the leagues Sportsmanship Award winner.
BELLEVILLE, IL -- Sophomore Ayden McLuskie from Men's Basketball and sophomore Gracie Jent of Women's Basketball received St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference All-Sportsmanship Team honors. The Blackburn College Women's Basketball team was also named the leagues Sportsmanship Award winner.
McLuskie appeared in 19 games and made 10 starts. He reached double figures three times, scoring a career high 17 points in the team's game with Lyon.
Jent was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team for the second year in a row. The sophomore made 12 starts while appearing in all 25 games, and improved on points, rebounds and steals during her second season.
For the second straight season, the women's team received the league's Sportsmanship Award for exemplifying the characterstics of sportsmanship throughout the season.
