Blackburn played Robert Morris - Springfield University Tuesday night for a 7-0 win.

The Beavers came out ready to play, scoring two goals early in the first half and opening fire in the second half with five more shots on goal.

Edia Mushundusi and Nique Byots each had two goals off of assists from Emma Witte and Katerina Emmons. Alexis Richie also scored two of her own on breakaways down the field.

Witte also scored late in the second half on an assist from Christy Hobbs.

Blackburn came out prepared for the Eagles offsides trap and used it to their advantage on breakaways.

The Beavers are now 5-4 in their season and play Saturday, October 5, before the men at 1pm against Westminster.
