Women's Soccer was Defeated by Westminster

Blackburn Women's Soccer falls to Westminster by the score of six to zero. The match was held on the Bermudagrass field in Carlinville, Illinois. 

 

Senior Natalie Schulte led the way offensively as she completed the haul, scoring four goals. Westminster played great and defi held Blackburn to zero shots in the game. The Blue Jays outshot the Beavers 54 to zero. 



Westminster scored the first goal 25:23 on the clock in the first half. Schulte was credited with the goal. She would score another score with 14:06 left until halftime. With 7:44 left she completed the hat trick scoring her third goal. Alaina Allsbury with the assist.

 

At halftime Webster was leading Blackburn three to zero. Westminster outshot Blackburn 34 to zero in the first half. Goalie Morgan Zobrist had 12 saves in the first half.

 

Schutle completed the haul scoring her fourth goal in the 68th minute assisting on the goal was Rachel Nolte. Westminster would continue to extend their lead as Lauren Halamicek scored a goal with 20:32 left. The assist was by Elsen Witte. Another goal was scored by the Blue Jay's Halamieck to give the final score six to zero.
