The Blackburn College Women's Soccer Team lost a tough 1-0 match at Eureka College on a rainy, chilly St. Patrick's Day evening in Eureka.  Sophia King led Blackburn with a pair of shots on goal but Blackburn was unable to find the back of the net.

After a scoreless first half, Sydney Grant scored at the 65:19 mark on an assist from Madison Shines.  Eureka out-shot Blackburn 8-4 on the evening.

The Beavers fall to 0-2 on the season and will travel to Louisville, Kentucky to take on Spalding University on Saturday the 20th.
